Wellbeing Support

At SAGA your wellbeing is one of our main concerns, so we have partnered with various companies to ensure that we have all bases covered with the support that we provide you.

The first place to start is by downloading the PK Benefits app, this allows you access to all your support benefits such as financial, physical and mental support. Click here for more info on the PK Benefits app.

We also want to ensure that you can always feel there is someone available for you to talk to on any issue that you may have. So we have put into place a variety of services that you can access.

Physical Health

Maintaining your physical health doesn’t only make you look good but also helps you feel good. Exercise releases endorphins which help to relieve the feeling of stress and overall feel happier. That’s why we have a free to use the gym at our Dartford Depot. So if you would like to join our gym please contact HR.

Obviously getting to Dartford may not be accessible to everyone but we offer other benefits to help you stay active. One of these benefits is our cycle to work scheme, where you can get a loan to go towards a new bike and accessories so you can cycle to work. On top of this, we have partnered with simply health. They offer free 24-hour online access to a GP as well as claiming back for a variety of medical bills. All of this can be accessed through the PK benefits app.

Stress and Worry

Life has a habit of making us stress and worry about a variety of issues. Whether it’s financial, work, bereavement or any other of lifes difficulties you will be able to access free and anonymous advice through our employee assistance programme (EAP). The EAP is done through a third-party company, so no one at SAGA will know if or why you have used the service.

You can access this service anonymously through the PK Benefits App.
