Welcome to the SAGA’s Training.
We offer a variety of training here at SAGA to ensure that you are qualified and confident in undertaking your job. From instructor-led to eLearning we are always looking at improving ways of getting information into your heads.

Mental Health First Aid
At SAGA we are always looking at ways to support you, not just in your job but also with your wellbeing. This is why we have trained several of our staff to be qualified mental health first aiders. They will be available for you to talk to about any mental health issues that you may be suffering from and will be able to point you in the correct direction for you to get the professional help you need. If you are interested in becoming a mental health first aider please contact Daniel.Lopez@rcm-saga.uk We also offer mental health at work eLearning that you can request which will take around 40 minutes to complete on top of the stress awareness currently available through Shine.
Elearning
One of the first forms of training you will experience at SAGA’s is eLearning. We have a variety of courses for you to complete when you first start that will help you understand the best practices for working safely. We are always looking at expanding and improving the courses we offer, so whenever we add a new course we will make sure to contact you.

Management Training
This is a year-long course to obtain an internationally recognised Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification in management/Leadership. The courses start at level 3 and can progress up to level 7 with various entry criteria needed for each level. Job-Related Training
You will have a variety of training to complete during your time at SAGA’s and each job will have training tailored to help them perform their role. Most of your training will be through Mercedes, so it is important to note if the training is for either truck or van. Each area has their own learning platform so please contact your Manager or Learning and Development Coordinator if you are unsure.
